Refund & Return Policy

At Custokraft, every product is made specially for you. Because of this, our refund and return policy is slightly different from regular products.

🚫 No Return on Customized Products

All customized/personalized products (including T-shirts, mugs, lamps, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is placed.

This is because each item is uniquely created based on your design, photo, or text.

✅ Exceptions (Damaged / Wrong Product)

We only offer a replacement or refund if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive the wrong item
  • The product has a clear manufacturing defect

📸 Proof Required

To process your request, you must:

  • Share clear photos or an unboxing video
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

🔁 Replacement Policy

If your request is approved:

  • We will provide a free replacement, or
  • Issue a refund (if replacement is not possible)

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

We do not accept refunds or replacements for:

  • Wrong size selected by customer
  • Incorrect text/photo provided by customer
  • Minor color or print variations (due to screen differences)
  • Delay caused by courier partners

💳 Refund Process

If applicable:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method
